Full Journal pdf2006-04-24 House Journal Page 3309 HB 467 The following, which was held in third reading from the April 21, 2006, calendar (page 3271), was again before the House: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 467(HES) "An Act relating to the administration of prescribed remedies and dietary supplements by a nurse." Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 467(HES) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2006-04-24 House Journal Page 3310 Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Kelly and Gara: Page 1, line 6: Delete "The board shall establish standards in regulation that authorize a" Insert "A" Page 1, line 7: Delete "to" Insert "may, but shall not be required to," Page 1, line 9: Delete "The standards must" Insert "The board shall adopt regulations that" Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. The question being: "Shall CSHB 467(HES) am pass the House?"
